BIOTECH FALTERS | Monsanto Buys Own Stock to Boost Price TOO MUCH RISK...

Bush was hanging with these Enron guys, and Obama hangs with and only promotes Monsanto (that seems the only thing he does!).
Market manipulation is going on right now.
I predict Monsanto and all biotech to be completely collapsed by this time next year.
I also predict that genetic manipulation and Nano tech will become so very highly regulated that it will be almost impossible to proceed in this area without all eyes and regulations
bearing down uncomfortably...and strictly the opposite of the attitude of regulators today
Take note...Enron's manipulation and cooking the books proceeded the bankruptcy...

I believe these share buy backs are forcing the price up so insiders, their family and friends can cash in and get out with a huge profit...All those gifts? Well, here is where they really get their gift. Un-documented too...Only when they are given. Go put MON stock and see how they are doing it.

And people's pensions are on the buy side...What happened to that buy low/sell high moto?

JP Morgan called Monsanto a BUY last week. Obvious market manipulation.

I worked in the commodities markets for 4 years at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange...
There are no longer open call trades...except in Hogs and Cattle...everything is done on computer trades now.
What you are shown on TV is a lie. 10,000 lost their jobs, and only 1000 work the floors now.

This also includes Europe and Asia . No trading floors anymore.

Take note...Enron's manipulation and cooking the books proceeded their bankruptcy...

@31:50 says this is happening in many companies...Manipulation HUGE!
We need to criminalize this behavior right NOW...Get ready.

And, Monsanto Stocks are acting very funny...the same way Enron's were. Even Enbridge is Farcical...
Anti-GMO activists who disagree with Monsanto's (NYSE: MON  ) practices may take this as a slap in the face: The seed king trampled Street estimates for its third quarter, improved its outlook, and outlined a long-term plan that could attract investors in hordes, even if they don't want to see genetically modified foods on their breakfast table. Monsanto shares surged 6% soon after it made the announcements this past Wednesday.

Monsanto Co. is selling $4.5 billion worth of debt on Thursday to help fund a new $10 billion share-buyback program. It’s the latest example of a company that is funding shareholder-reward programs at the expense of its bondholders.
... sold debt to offer share buybacks and boost dividends without having to bring their cash back onshore and pay American taxes.
Last week they played a game that caused both of their stocks to JUMP!
On 6/24 - 6/25, when this was "announced" the Monsanto price jumped from 120.83 to 126.73 in "after hours trading"...
Conveniently for "buyers and sellers" it seems; the day before the same thing happened to Syngenta's PRICEY stocks....6/23 - 6/24 from 327.10 - 345.80...hmmm
It going all over the place right now up and down...
People trying to get out, and people's pensions buying... a future of no pension when this all collapses as unsustainable.

"The desire to avoid U.S. corporate taxes has now spread to agricultural giants
-- as a dead deal shows.

Monsanto Co. (MON), the world’s largest seed company worth $64 billion, recently explored a takeover of $34 billion Swiss rival Syngenta AG (SYNN) in a transaction that would have allowed the U.S. firm to move its tax location to Switzerland.

The deal, which is now defunct according to people familiar with the matter, is another sign of how U.S. firms in many sectors are trying to avoid corporate taxes by moving their headquarters overseas. U.S. drugmaker Pfizer Inc. pursued U.K.- based AstraZeneca Plc, offering as much as $117 billion before abandoning the deal, while North Chicago, Illinois-based AbbVie Inc. is chasing Dublin-based Shire Plc for $46.5 billion.

Monsanto and Syngenta held preliminary talks with advisers in the past few months about a combination before Syngenta’s management decided against negotiations, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the talks were private. Company officials also spoke informally with each other about a potential deal, two of the people said...."EXACTLY WHO SAID WHAT NOW? Unidentified, because it's private? So, "announce" this and remain unidentified, anf it's unofficial???

In an April report, Standard Poor’s Ratings Analysts, led by Andrew Chang, wrote: “Shareholders are pushing for the return of… cash. Given the high level of cash trapped overseas, we expect continued debt issuances to support domestic cash needs, including share repurchases.”

Monsanto has a relatively strong cash position, ratings analysts say, but the debt sale has led to concerns that bondholders are getting the raw end of the deal given that the company is weakening its balance sheet to boost share prices. On Wednesday, Moody’s Investors Service analysts downgraded Monsanto MON -0.36% by two notches to A3 from A1, suggesting that the debt sale will “significantly weaken credit metrics by the end of fiscal 2015.” S&P and Fitch Ratings also downgraded the company.

REMEMBER THIS? NOT A PEEP or a WORD from FDA, USDA, EPA or any others to explain themselves... Remember!

Regulators Discover a Hidden Viral Gene in Commercial GMO Crops
by Jonathan Latham and Allison Wilson How should a regulatory agency announce they have discovered something potentially very important about the safety of GMOs...
On the top right side of blog...are the links.

My blog clearly proves GMOs and pesticides are killing Humanity...and causing a complete extinction of every species of Life on our Earth.
And now all the iRNA...

Rnai or called iRNA is manipulation that is so scary...Did you know that 95% of the air we breath is converted into water? Done in our Mitochondra- RNA
Did you know we make an equivalent of our body weight up to 120 lbs every day ADP which is converted in our Mitochondria's RNA from ATP which is what makes electricity in our body and powers our electrons and protons?

Now we have RNAi technology in experimental processes. They want spray us with genetically modified RNA... DO SOME RESEARCH.
Here is just a little something.

Monsanto CEO and officers sales of their stocks 3rd week January 2014.

It was hinged on an agreement with a company that injects bioteched lipids into RNA that happened at the beginning of the 5 day sell-off.

The CEO, VP Human Resources,VP and treasurer, and Chief Technology officer sold off 14,716,480 million dollars ($) in Monsanto stock.

"Monsanto is expending a fair portion of its resources on RNAi applications for the western corn rootworm, which is slowly developing resistance to the B.t. corn trait.

The company is also working on topical sprays to deliver RNAi that impairs the metabolic functions of target insects.

The company hopes to use the technology to protect crops from viruses and disease as well as insects.

Monsanto declined an interview request for this story because a spokesperson said it’s too early to discuss the technology. It is still in the discovery phase, which is the earliest stage of Monsanto’s research and development work.

Commercialization of the technology may be five to 10 years away, but critics are already lining up to condemn RNAi as dangerous.

Greenpeace questions the safety of RNAi, suggesting it could suppress gene expression in other species, including humans."

THEY WILL BE SPRAYING THIS EXPERIMENT WITH RNAi ALL OVER OUR ISLANDS... If we let them. Monsanto "HOPES" to use this technology to...? Why not say will? Because the technology is not proven. And where are the field trials they are talking about? On Maui?

Mutations in the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes increase the risk of breast and ovarian cancers. However, when they are in their original form, without undergoing mutations, is responsible for suppressing tumor processes related to the emergence of these two types of cancer. Now, a study led by the CSIC suggested that BRCA2 suppresses tumors because it avoids the formation of hybrids between DNA and RNA, whose buildup ultimately causes damage and stress during cell replication. These results have been published in the journal 'Nature'.

JUST PLAIN WRONG...Why? Because they do not address the discovery of a double meaning in the DNA Code...OBLIVIOUS, and GREEDY LIES!
Master regulator of key cancer gene found, offers new drug target
A key cancer-causing gene, responsible for up to 20% of cancers, may have a weak spot in its armor, according to new research. The partnership of MYC, a gene long linked to cancer, and a non-coding RNA, PVT1, could be the key to understanding how MYC fuels cancer cells.

.>>"We knew MYC amplifications cause cancer. But we also know that MYC does not amplify alone. It often pairs with adjacent chromosomal regions. We wanted to know if the neighboring genes played a role...We took a chance and were surprised to find this unexpected and counter-intuitive partnership between MYC and its neighbor, PVT1. Not only do these genes amplify together, PVT1 helps boost the MYC protein's ability to carry out its dangerous activities in the cell."

When cancer promotes a cell to make more MYC, it also increases the PVT1 in the cell, which in turn boosts the amount of MYC.

...researchers looked closely at several breast and colorectal cancers which are driven by MYC. eg in colorectal cancer lab models, where a mutation in the beta-catenin gene drives MYC to cancerous levels, eliminating PVT1 from these cells made the tumors nearly disappear.

...By uncoupling MYC and PVT1, researchers suspect they could disable the cancer growth and limit MYC to pre-cancerous levels. This would make PVT1 an ideal drug target to potentially control a major cancer gene.

BIOTECH is going down along with all the crooks...and you know who you are!

The closure of the‪ MoCo‬ biotech incubator has caused severe damage to our county's already-miserable business reputation. Now, we can't even be trusted to keep our word. Why would anyone invest in starting a new company here, when they know they could be cast aside at any moment, by a mercurial, spinning compass political leadership that hasn't a clue what it's doing in regards to economic development?

A conducive policy regime is necessary to attract higher investments in India's pharmaceutical & ‪biotech‬ sectors. India's ‪‎pharma‬ and biotech industry have the potential to generate combined revenues of close to $100 billion by 2025 if they are promoted aggressively. The sector must be provided with incentives through a number of tax-friendly measures to make in globally competitive.

Enbridge just like Monsanto is using their cash flow to hedge up their price...

However, according to Toronto-based money manager, Patrick Horan, Principal at Agilith Capital, investors might want to look elsewhere.

"Enbridge is actually quite a dangerous stock," Horan tells BNN. "Their growth strategy is at risk."

For Horan, who is actively short Enbridge stock, the issue lies with the company's dividend policy. Enbridge has raised its dividend steadily about 7-10 percent a year over the past three years, he explains. However at the same time, they have been issuing new shares to raise equity.

"This is a conflicting strategy," says Horan. "Why raise the dividend and then go issue shares?"

According to Horan, Enbridge is using all its free cash flow to support the dividend. "There's nothing in the tank for growth," he says.

And even more games started on July 1st and will continue until July 25th.

WT??? A big free for all..
"Monsanto Company ( MON ) will begin trading ex-dividend on July 01, 2014. A cash dividend payment of $0.43 per share is scheduled to be paid on July 25, 2014. Shareholders who purchased MON stock prior to the ex-dividend date are eligible for the cash dividend payment. This marks the 4th quarter that MON has paid the same dividend. At the current stock price of $125, the dividend yield is 1.38%."

FDA Insulin Mistake Approved Post Testing on Babies

FDA is concerned with Afrezzza’s potential safety issues that could be attached with insulin inhalation., namely cancer risks that could be associated with Afrezza.
(Yuck...Imagine cancer of the nose...You just know some ignorant parents will see this as an easy way out to deal with their own evil in feeding their children Monsanto trash, and creating diabetes in their kids...)

The Adcom recommended a post approval safety trial, but for reasons I will mention below, it’s more likely pre clinical data will be required since it appears Mannkind has offered no pre clinical studies on potential cancer risks. In fact, when considering Mannkind’s constant mis guidance and misleading activities for which they have been successfully sued over in the past, we believe Mannkind does not have this data. This presents a huge potential problem for the FDA, and something the adcom ignored, much as another adcom (see below) ignored solid data when rejecting to recommend a certain drug (Zohydro) for approval, of which the FDA went against and rightly approved the drug anyways.

In other words, while adcom might think it’s approvable now, I believe the FDA will not follow adcom here as it did not follow on the Zohydro adcom. (more on that later on)

Additionally, I believe the FDA does not want another Exubera type issue on its’ hands In this regard, Mannkind has seemed to ignore the FDA two times now, which is very typical of this company — to have an aloof attitude towards the FDA.In the Type 1 diabetes study, insulin levels were significantly higher in the Afrezza arm compared to the control arm. The FDA raised concerns here about the background basal insulin levels that were significantly higher in the Afrezza arm compared to the control arm.

In the Type 2 study, the FDA said that Afrezza was superior to placebo for the primary endpoint of HbA1c reduction, but it also pointed out comparative effectiveness data showing how Afrezza was inferior to just about all currently available type 2 diabetes therapies.

The above factor goes in part to show that Afrezza is not quite an unmet need, but rather an “unmet want” as there are equal and superior treatments for diabetics on the market now. Afrezza can be considered a very small unmet need for patients who simply cannot receive injectable insulin. When I think of a true unmet need, I think of Acadia’s (ACAD) Pimavanserin.

Even if it’s approved, no big pharma will partner with Mannkind for Afrezza. The best Mannkind can hope for royalty deal, and that is my independent opinion. My sources tell me the same thing. Simply stated, Afrezza does not have the blockbuster potential that its’ management (with its’ history of misleading statements) and its’ “Jim Jones” like cult followers claim and believe."

FDA APPROVED IT! Last week...
"FDA Approval Comes Finally…
After being rejected twice by FDA, MannKind Corp. (MNKD) has finally won approval to sell Afrezza, a novel rapid-acting inhaled insulin for the treatment of adults with diabetes mellitus.

Afrezza will sport a Boxed Warning, and according to reports, it is expected to be launched in the first quarter of 2015.

\MannKind focused its efforts solely on developing Afrezza since going public in 2004, and it has reportedly cost the company $1.8 billion.

The FDA has asked the company to conduct the following post-marketing studies for Afrezza:

-- a clinical trial to evaluate pharmacokinetics, safety and efficacy in pediatric patients

-- a clinical trial to evaluate the potential risk of pulmonary malignancy with Afrezza (this trial will also assess cardiovascular risk and the long-term effect of Afrezza on pulmonary function)

-- two pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic euglycemic glucose-clamp clinical trials, one to characterize dose-response and one to characterize within-subject variability."

Go to the FDA if you want to know more...
Some of our concerns with Afrezza are: lung safety issues, dropout rates, missing data, and lower efficacy when compared to subcutaneous insulin. Additionally, some believe that if the missing data and/or dropout data were included, the Phase III efficacy would have failed. The dropout rate for Afrezza was higher than Novolog and many patients dropped out due to the lack of efficacy.

That's how it works FDA

Consumed - Is Our Consumer Culture Leading to Disaster?
"In the past serfs were kept in place using physical dominance by their lords. Now we have a situation where the lords have evolved into short-sighted, selfish, ruthless and faceless parasites and the serfs are numerous, complacent, subservient and generally really fucking stupid. How else can we have a democracy where the majority of people vote for a government that endorses a situation where people are willing to pay ludicrous amounts for hygienic needs such as shelter and watch helplessly while the environment is destroyed? We have evolved a small sub class of devious, selfish, psychopaths that call the shots and a population where the majority are subordinate zombies that are so immensely stupid that they would not realize that they are being completely fucked over until they see it on a commercial on television."

Genetically-Modified Honey Bees It's a GO Hillary Said So

We report the first to our knowledge genetically engineered honeybees, which are important pollinators and interesting biological models for the study of social and complex behaviors as well as caste and sexual development.

"“Maybe there’s a way of getting a representative group of actors at the table” to discuss how the federal government could help biotechs with “insurance against risk,” she said.

Without such subsidies, she said, “this is going to be an increasing challenge. … I think we should have that kind of intensive discussion.”

She said the debate about GMOs might be turned toward the biotech side if the benefits were better explained, noting that the “Frankensteinish” depictions could be fought with more positive spin."
 ...Says Hillary Clinton
Who in a 65-minute appearance at the BIO International Convention on Wednesday, voiced support for genetically modified organisms and possible federal subsidies to keep U.S. companies from leaving for tax havens abroad.

Obama Bee Smoke and Mirrors More LIES Silent Spring Revisited

And, like I have said, it is all the types of pesticides killing the bees...And the GMO BT seeds...This BS about a certain type of pesticide being what is causing pollinators to die ~this is a lie...

When are these people going to get over themselves, and start thinking right? Right for every living thing on this planet!

Wanna bet they put former Monsanto execs in charge?

BT seeds

Barack Obama is taking steps save honey bees from a mysterious die-off, ordering new research into the pesticides linked to the pollinators' collapse.

The presidential memorandum released by the White House on Friday charges a new task force with producing a strategy within 180 days to stop the alarming decline of honeybees, butterflies and other pollinators.

The memorandum also for the first time directs the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to carry out research into the role of a new class of pesticides, neonicotinoids, that have been linked with the collapse of the honeybees.

However, Obama stopped short of a ban on neonicotinoids, as the European Union and some local authorites have done.

The die-off of honeybees in many countries over the last decade has caused widespread alarm because so many of the world's food crops require pollination.

The decline has been linked to loss of habitat and disease. But there is growing evidence of a direct link between neonicotinoids, the most widely used class of insectides, and colony collapse disorder.

A Harvard study last month found exposure to two of the neonicotinoids caused honeybees to leave their hives and die.

The EU banned three of the neonicotinoids for two years pending further study on their effects late last year.

The presidential memorandum, while giving pesticides top billing among “stressors leading to species declines and colony collapse disorder”, also calls for research into poor nutrition, parasites, and loss of habitat as potential causes of the die-off.

Campaign groups welcomed the White House measures – but said they did not go far enough.

Obama should have followed the example of the EU and put restrictions on pesticide use, said Tiffany Finck-Haynes, food campaigner for Friends of the Earth US.

“He could restrict neonicotinoids today as the European Union has done and he should do that if he wants to protect our pollinators, our food systems, and our environment,” said Tiffany she said.

The Centre for Food Safety in its response said: “There is already a wealth of peer reviewed literature demonstrating the harms of pesticides to bees and other pollinators.”

The Pollinator Health Task Force established of Friday is also charged with expanding habitat for honeybees of federal land or on landscaping around government buildings.

“Future landscaping projects at all Federal facilities shall, to the maximum extent appropriate, use plants beneficial to pollinators,” it said.

Meanwhile, the US Department of Agriculture said on Friday it would spend $8m to establish new habitat for honeybees in Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.

Well, a special USDA Task force...You know what that means ~ NOTHING! More BULL!
"Friday, June 20, President Barack Obama signed a Presidential Memorandum that recognizes the severe losses in the populations of the nation’s pollinators, including honey bees, wild bees, monarch butterflies and others. In accordance with these losses and acknowledging the importance pollinators have to the agricultural economy, the memorandum directs federal agencies to establish a Pollinator Health Task Force, to be chaired by U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), develop a pollinator health strategy within 180 days, and support and create pollinator habitat. This federal strategy will include a pollinator research action plan, with a focus on preventing and recovering from pollinator losses, including studying how various stressors, like pesticides, pathogens and management practices contribute to pollinator losses. The task force will also engage in a public education initiative and develop public-private partnerships with various stakeholders."

USDA and EPA are jokes on us..

Silent Spring Revisited free here...
More than two billion pounds of pesticides are sold each year in the United States for agricultural, commercial, and home uses. At present, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has registered more than 18,000 pesticides. The public assumes pesticide products are safe because they are registered for use by the EPA, but their faith is misplaced... As this report documents, the EPA’s regulatory oversight of the pesticide industry is abysmal. When confronted with credible studies on the adverse impacts of pesticides, the EPA has consistently responded by attempting to diminish the findings in any way it can, even though it has admitted that “most pesticides pose some degree of risk because they are designed to have a negative effect on living organisms.”1 While the Environmental Protection Agency is entrusted to protect public health and the environment it has consistently attempted to ignore mounting evidence demonstrating that even low doses of pesticides in wildlife and humans can have drastic consequences. By ignoring sound science, disregarding U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requests to alter pesticide registrations because of adverse impacts to wildlife, and rushing to get pesticides on the market, the EPA’s Office of Pesticide Programs has proven it is not an independent entity.

Put on your tin foil hats and gas masks everyone...

Look behind the curtain....

DAVID SUZUKI? Another guy taking money we could use to stop this. Their lips keep flapping, but nothing is done.
WHY? Because it takes court action, and not lips flapping to stop this.

" I’m not getting any money from my foundation. I’m getting my money, the foundation gets its money, from ordinary people. We don’t take government money, corporations have not been interested in funding us. We get it from ordinary Canadians across the country. 40,000 thousand of them and we get some foundations in both Canada and the United States. So that’s my agenda. We speak on behalf of the people that fund us.

A little fact checking exposes David Suzuki as a charlatan. (HT: Musing)

After Suzuki insinuates that scientists who disagree with him are “shilling” for big corporations, Oakley asks him where he gets his funding. Suzuki replies that his foundation takes no money from governments and complains that “corporations have not been interested in funding us.”

Corporations uninterested? Is it possible that the Great Suzuki has failed to attract a single corporate donation to his feel-good campaign to save the earth? Not one?

Actually, the David Suzuki Foundation’s annual report for 2005/2006 lists at least 52 corporate donors including: Bell Canada, Toyota, IBM, McGraw-Hill Ryerson, Microsoft, Scotia Capital, Warner Brothers, RBC, Canon and Bank of Montreal.

The David Suzuki Foundation also received donations from EnCana Corporation, a world leader in natural gas production and oil sands development, ATCO Gas, Alberta’s principle distributor of natural gas, and a number of pension funds including the OPG (Ontario Power Generation) Employees’ and Pensioners’ Charity Trust. OPG is one of the largest suppliers of electricity in the world operating 5 fossil fuel-burning generation plants and 3 nuclear plants…

What is Bioactive Paper?
Envision paper towels that immediately signal contamination on kitchen counters, strips of paper that remove pathogens from water while confirming that the water is safe to drink, and medical masks that actively remove viruses. With the research being done through Canada’s Sentinel Bioactive Paper Network this technology could be coming to the world soon…
Drop a tablet of AchE into the sample, followed by a tablet of indoxyl acetate, and wait for the sample to turn faint blue or remain colourless if malathion is present.

Acetylcholinesterase, also known as AChE or acetylhydrolase, is ahydrolase that hydrolyzes the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. AChE is found at mainly neuromuscular junctions and cholinergic brain synapses, where its activity serves to terminate synaptic transmission. It belongs tocarboxylesterase family of enzymes. It is the primary target of inhibition by organophosphorus compounds such as nerve agents and pesticides....

Biological function[edit]
During neurotransmission, ACh is released from the nerve into the synaptic cleft and binds to ACh receptors on the post-synaptic membrane, relaying the signal from the nerve. AChE, also located on the post-synaptic membrane, terminates the signal transmission by hydrolyzing ACh. The liberated choline is taken up again by the pre-synaptic nerve and ACh is synthetized by combining with acetyl-CoA through the action of choline acetyltransferase.

Cholinesterase (ko-li-nes-ter-ace) is one of many important enzymes needed for the proper functioning of the nervous systems of humans, other vertebrates, and insects. Certain chemical classes of pesticides, such as organophosphates (OPs) and carbamates (CMs) work against undesirable bugs by interfering with, or 'inhibiting' cholinesterase. While the effects of cholinesterase inhibiting products are intended for insect pests, these chemicals can also be poisonous, or toxic, to humans in some situations.

Human exposure to cholinesterase inhibiting chemicals can result from inhalation, ingestion, or eye or skin contact during the manufacture, mixing, or applications of these pesticides.

Sodium channel receptors are on the cell membranes to trade sodium (cell salts) between the cell and the body. It's like a door. The cell membrane is call the phospholipid...Antiphospholipid means the channel doesn't work. SIMPLE!

This video really explains the types, the actions and the dangers really well.

This is a playlist where I found the videos

Electrical switching centers, called 'synapses' are found throughout the nervous systems of humans, other vertebrates, and insects. Muscles, glands, and nerve fibers called 'neurons' are stimulated or inhibited by the constant firing of signals across these synapses. Stimulating signals are usually carried by a chemical called 'acetylcholine' (a-see-till-ko-leen). Stimulating signals are discontinued by a specific type of cholinesterase enzyme, acetylcholinesterase, which breaks down the acetylcholine. These important chemical reactions are usually going on all the time at a very fast rate, with acetylcholine causing stimulation and acetylcholinesterase ending the signal. If cholinesterase-affecting insecticides are presentin the synapses, however, this situation is thrown out of balance. The presence of cholinesterase inhibiting chemicals prevents the breakdown of acetylcholine. Acetylcholine can then build up, causing a "jam" in the nervous system. Thus, when a person receives to great an exposure to cholinesterase inhibiting compounds, the body is unable to break down the acetylcholine.

Humans have three types of cholinesterase: red blood cell (RBC) cholinesterase, called "true cholinesterase;" plasma cholinesterase, called "pseudocholinesterase;" and brain cholinesterase. Red blood cell cholinesterase is the same enzyme that is found in the nervous system, while plasma cholinesterase is made in the liver.
When a cholinesterase blood test is taken, two types of cholinesterase can be detected. Physicians find plasma cholinesterase readings helpful for detecting the early, acute effects of organophosphate poisoning, while red blood cell readings are useful in evaluating long-term, or chronic, exposure (8).
The cholinesterase test is a blood test used to measure the effect of exposure to certain or cholinesterase-affected insecticides. Both plasma (or serum) and red blood cell (RBC) cholinesterase should be tested.

Improving Blood Monitoring of Enzymes as Biomarkers of Risk From Anticholinergic Pesticides and Chemical Warfare Agents

Medication Summary

The mainstays of medical therapy in organophosphate (OP) poisoning include atropine, pralidoxime (2-PAM), and benzodiazepines (eg, diazepam). A novel route of administration of intraosseous (bone injection gun, BIG) midazolam demonstrated rapid peak concentrations in swine compared with intravenous and intramuscular routes; the authors concluded this may play a role in quickly terminating seizures, especially in the prehospital arena.[13] Initial management must focus on adequate use of atropine. Optimizing oxygenation prior to the use of atropine is recommended to minimize the potential for dysrhythmias.

de Silva et al studied the treatment of organophosphate poisoning with atropine and 2-PAM and, later the same year, with atropine alone.[14] They found that atropine seemed to be as effective as atropine plus 2-PAM in the treatment of acute organophosphate poisoning. The controversy continued when other authors observed more respiratory complications and higher mortality rates with use of high-dose 2-PAM. Low-dose (1-2 g slow IV) 2-PAM is the current recommendation. Studies are underway to assess the role of low-dose 2-PAM. Improved survival has been shown in moderately severe OP poisoned patients who received early, continuous 2-PAM infusion compared with those who received intermittent boluses.[15]

A meta-analysis and review of the literature performed by Peter et al emphasized optimal supportive care along with discriminate use of 2-PAM, especially early in the course of treatment of moderately to severely OP poisoned patients, are the hallmarks of treatment.[16] More prospective data are required.

Because large amounts of atropine may be required for patients with organophosphate poisoning, reconstitution of powdered atropine is a viable option, especially in mass-casualty settings.[17] Recently, Rajpal et al demonstrated the clinical safety and efficacy of sublingual atropine to healthy volunteers. This may offer another route of administration for the OP poisoned patient, especially in a mass-casualty scenario.[18]

Intravenous glycopyrrolate or diphenhydramine may provide an alternative centrally acting anticholinergic agent used to treat muscarinic toxicity if atropine is unavailable or in limited supply. Additionally, Yavuz et al demonstrated reduced myocardial injury and troponin leak in fenthion-poisoned rats treated with diphenhydramine.[19]

In a single-center, randomized, single-blind study by Pajoumand et al found a benefit to magnesium therapy in addition to standard oxime and atropine therapy in reducing hospitalization days and mortality rate in patients with organophosphate poisoning.[20] The mechanisms appear to be inhibition of acetylcholine (ACh) and organophosphate antagonism. Larger randomized studies are needed to demonstrate magnesium efficacy in organophosphate (OP) poisoning.

Possible future interventions include neuroprotective agents used to prevent nerve damage and bioscavengers aimed to prevent AChE inhibition by nerve agents or organophosphate. Investigations into adjunctive and alternative therapies have mostly used animal models and have resulted in variable conclusions.[21, 22]

And in conclusion; there is no cure for pesticide poison.
But, from my own experience and what I have read those who drink organic carrot juice have a better outcome.

Pesticide, herbicide and insecticide are all the same thing.

Drop This Tiny Pill Into a Glass of Water to See If You're Drinking PesticidesResearchers have been experimenting with an unlikely drugstore buy: dissolvable minty breath strips. A team from McMaster University in Canada discovered that pullulan, the same slimy fungus used to make the breath freshener strips, could also be used to make pills that contain pesticide-detecting enzymes. Just drop the pill in a glass of water, let it dissolve, and watch for any color changes.
“If the water doesn’t have any pesticides, [the water] actually forms a very strong blue. If it’s transparent at the end, it’s very contaminated,” Carlos Felipe, the chemical engineering professor who led the study, told Fast Company.
He said that testing water this way is a much cheaper alternative than other contamination screening processes. According to Felipe, producing 1,000 pills in one day would only cost a dollar. Countries such as India, where a large pesticide market compromises the water supply, could benefit from this quick and affordable technology.
Right now, it is estimated that approximately 70,000 chemicals are being used for commercial purposes, and as a result of our “modern lifestyles” we are literally being endlessly bombarded with toxins. This has resulted in a massive tsunami of death, disease and chronic illness in America. But very few people actually understand what is being done to all of us. The following are just a few of the ways that the “soft killing” of the American people is taking place…

Autism and Monsanto's Pharmacia Spin Off

The number of children diagnosed with autism in America has risen alarmingly over the past fifteen years, in exact step with the rise in the use of glyphosate (Roundup) on corn and soy crops. Coincidence? I think not. In parallel, children in the United States have been burdened with an increased aluminum load from the world's most comprehensive vaccination schedule. Glyphosate has a number of known biological effects that align with the known pathologies associated with autism. Glyphosate also likely promotes aluminum uptake into the tissues. Aluminum, a well-documented neurotoxin, is the established cause of dialysis dementia. I propose that aluminum accumulation in the brain, synergistically promoted by glyphosate, is the principal cause of autism in the US.

This is a 2 hour speech, and I cannot embed it.
@19:30 Stephanie Seneff discusses glyphosphate and autism in a speech lasting for 36 minutes.

All the issues are being touched except 1 that is very concerning to me ...VACCINES as a contributing cause to autism...Kids get the vaccines and the next day they are brain damaged...Let's put it together here ...right now.
Just watch this...
A small amount of mercury amalgamates itself into an aluminum I-beam and destroys it from within. Gallium scratched into the surface allows the mercury to penetrate the protective oxide layer that normally surrounds anything made of aluminum.
This is a time-lapse video, the action takes about two hours in real time. The powdery oxide is falling off, what you don't see is a significant pile of it building up underneath.

Then go to my other blog... on vaccination injury.

Not the Only One Struggling to Prove a Poisoning Done on Purpose to Oblivious People Including the Police

My son was 23 years old when he died of cyanide poisoning almost 2 years ago. Although his case is currently still an "Open Criminal Investigation" no one has been charged for Chris' death. Loosing my only son has been almost more than I can bare. It has been a battle to convince the Midlothian Texas police to investigate his death and the only reason they did not close his case and move on was because I started investigating on my own and found that his grandmother was responsible for buying the poison that killed him. A few months prior to my son's death his grandmother had made 2 threats on my son's life. She is either very mental or just very selfish, I think both. I have contacted the media in an effort to motivate the police to investigate and although they have joined my son's page and are monitoring the events that take place, much like the police, the media also seems to go where the people are. That is why I am asking for everyone's help in going over to Christopher Erick Memorial page and by clicking on the like button at the top, your name will be added to the other followers of his case. I never dreamed it would ever be a question of receiving justice for the murder of my child, but here I am asking for your help to encourage the police to do their job. Please help.

Iao River Poisoning Update ~ Dumping Something?

This album documents the poisoning of the only river on Maui, in Hawaii at Wailuku, the county capital. I have been documenting this for 5 years. I have reported this to state authorities. Sticking out my neck to file an official report. I have called every office, radio show, told the community,  made public comments to our county council...The spraying has slowed but, the white bleaching; evidence of the poisoning, continues.

Recently studying this on Google satellite map, I have found a pad set up by warehouses showing a pad that seems to be used as a dumping pad by the river.

When I first saw this bleaching my 1st thought was drug makers pouring the left overs of their products into the river to discard them.

Then I saw the county, state and HC&S (sugar plantation corporation) spraying poison...Now I see the bleaching leading up to this pad by the river out in the bush; where no one can see, and with some kind of industry going on.

The white you see is the bleaching, and not white foamy rough water!

The shadowy part is the river hidden by trees.
The pad is there next to the brown box colored squares?

Bee History...Who's Who is Still Who so do be Well Aware...

I love everything Andrew Gough says...
Unless you have done the research yourself...That means jumping on a plane and going to libraries with ancient texts, with long hours spent to find a short blurb from the past...We would never know...

These poisoners are the same people, Andrew shows, who warred against Egypt to take over their bee hives...
They were the Manoians, Phoenicians, or call them Pirates or The Sea Peoples...they traded OPIUM, and needed the honey to add to their bitter product.
The land & history of Egypt was hijacked by them, and they pretended to be the Egyptian God Kings and Luxor.

The same thing is still happening today...Pirates have taken over our world...They pretend to be real, but are actors for the corporate pirates. Big Pharma same people...Monsanto? Same people!

Do they know how to change history? Yes! Thanks to Andrew we have a bit of knowledge to see this.

Also thanks to Ed Chiarini we know who these actors are today!
The ENTIRE Monsanto Corporate Officers are going down today.

The 1 1/2 hour version

Ralph Fiennes = Monsanto CEO. I see who the rest are.

Lets play..."here comes Mr. Logic to kick your acting asses."
Lets begin...If you had a company that you planned to use to be the worlds face of evil, it would be logical to hire actors to fill the upper management roles. Correct?

Yes it would, because no one wants to be considered a bad/evil person in the REAL WORLD, so no one would want that security headache and put your family at risk. So you create a pseudonym to use and the identity/face of evil is now the target of all people on the planet.

So who could you trust to keep the secret about the pseudonyms, as well as take the roles of all the executive management.

If you can't trust your family then who can you trust?

So you now run the evil company monsanto. You need to generate some conflict for your peeps in the news media to use to create content so how do you do that?

Simple, since all your family including yourself are actors, you stage a protest and the head of the protests are you and your executive officers in disguise.

Hell, while we're at it we might as well call beau bridges and staff to see if they will bring all their PHONY Dallas Gun protest folks, and then will call the rest of the Austin and portland based fake protesters for hire that played the roles in the fake OCCUPY movement.

Sounds logical to me.

Hey look at that its Beau who else do I see OH I see John Bush and his fake girlfriend Kathryn (who is a Ritter) . I see Little Debbie the rapper who just so happens to be the co host of the shoe Ridiculousness with Rob Dedrik , executive producer JEFF TREMAINE from Jackass, which is on MTV owned By National Amusements. OH THE GANGA ALL GOING TO BE AT THE UPCOMING MONSANTO MARCH. Maybe REAL people can show up there and give the FAKE protesters/monsanto executives a little going away present.

Is our favorite Giffords hoax Royal and cool killer guy in the Biting Elbows music vid. TIM WHALE who was also Zimmerman her aid in the Giffords FAKE shooting

Hey Duncan tell Tim I said BOOYAH!
And if you look closely he looks a lot like Liam Neison who has to be related to Feinnes or is him but am still working out the ears

AND IS THAT Steven C. Mitzell possibly BRYANT GUMBEL as the Executive Vice President of HR at Monsanto?

Personally I think Tyrone Hayes is Mitzel...Look at the lower part of the eyes.
An actor...going around making money talking about how terrible Syngenta treated him...He is very weird...And I believe a person put in place as controlled opposition. His behavior is deplorable...

Bamboozled By Monsanto Always Lies, and Bribes Judges

Monsanto tries, and fails to paint a pretty picture...
I think we need to arrest everyone in all governments Fed and State. I am very disappointed in them all...
1960s: Monsanto, along with chemical partner-in-crime DOW Chemical, produces dioxin-laced Agent Orange for use in the U.S.'s Vietnam invasion. The results? Over 3 million people contaminated, a half-million Vietnamese civilians dead, a half-million Vietnamese babies born with birth defects and thousands of U.S. military veterans suffering or dying from its effects to this day!

Monsanto is hauled into court again and internal memos show they knew the deadly effects of dioxin in Agent Orange when they sold it to the government. Outrageously though, Monsanto is allowed to present their own "research" that concluded dioxin was safe and posed no negative health concerns whatsoever. Satisfied, the bought and paid for courts side with Monsanto and throws the case out. Afterwards, it comes to light that Monsanto lied about the findings and their real research concluded that dioxin kills very effectively.

A later internal memo released in a 2002 trial admitted "that the evidence proving the persistence of these compounds and their universal presence as residues in the environment is beyond question ... the public and legal pressures to eliminate them to prevent global contamination are inevitable. The subject is snowballing. Where do we go from here? The alternatives: go out of business; sell the hell out of them as long as we can and do nothing else; try to stay in business; have alternative products."(3)

Altered Testicular Function, Infertility, Low Sperm Count, and Prostate or Testicular Cancer

One of the most recent studies suggests it can impact testicular function in just eight days after exposure, meaning the need for precautions and interventions is an urgent one indeed.
About 20% of young European men have sperm counts below the World Health Organization reference level of 20 m/ml, and 40% have levels below 40 m/ml. Further, semen quality deterioration and fertility issues are also escalating.
“Testicular germ cell cancer (TGC), which has been rising in the last five decades. Congenital malformations of the male reproductive tract, including undescended testes and incomplete fusion of the urethral folds that form the penis. Low testosterone.”
The Institute of Science in Society points to endocrine-disrupting chemical glyphosate as a culprit.

The researchers, led by Prof. Gilles-Eric Seralini from the University of Caen, France, exposed rats to a concentration of just 0.5% RoundUp, similar to the level found in water after a crop is sprayed with the herbicide. They then measured sperm function at 2, 3 and 4 months following exposure.
While there was no difference in concentration, viability, and mobility of the sperm at all three periods, there was an increase in abnormal sperm formation beginning as soon as the 2 month mark.
“Roundup was found to change gene expression in sperm cells, which could alter the balance of the sex hormones androgen and estrogen,” reports GM Watch on the study. “A negative impact on sperm quality was confirmed, raising questions about impaired sperm efficiency. The authors suggested that repeated exposures to Roundup at doses lower than those used in agriculture could damage mammalian reproduction over the long term.”
In the study overview, the authors note, “The repetition of exposures of this herbicide could alter the mammalian reproduction.” A troubling statement, but not one without precedence.
As this report from Dec. 2009 Mother Earth News shows, knowledge about the detrimental effects of RoundUp on reproduction has a history.
“The potential real-life risks from this are infertility, low sperm count, and prostate or testicular cancer. But, ‘Symptoms could be so subtle, they would be easy to overlook,’ says Theo Colborn, president of The Endocrine Disruption Exchange. ‘Timing is of critical importance. If a pregnant woman were to be exposed early in gestation, it looks like these herbicides could have an effect during the sexual differentiation stage. They really lock in on testosterone.’ The bottom line is more research is needed before we can fully understand the effects of glyphosate exposure.”
Research is beginning to catch up and show that RoundUp, its glyphosate, and its creator Monsanto, are all detrimental to our collective health. But will the studies be enough and will they be in time to prevent the large-scale harm that could occur? Now is the time to initiate change to protect all living organisms on the planet.
