Pointing fingers at neonicotinoid pesticides  is a distraction, and a false flag to confuse, and give credence to safety of the other pesticides in use...
"Published in PLOS ONE, the research shows that among the four pesticides, honey bee larvae were most sensitive to chlorothalonil. They also were negatively affected by a mixture of chlorothalonil with fluvalinate. In addition, the larvae were sensitive to the combination of chlorothalonil with the miticide coumaphos;.. which are found to persist within beehives for about five years.
These pesticides may directly poison honey bee larvae or they may indirectly kill them by disrupting the beneficial fungi that are essential for nurse bees to process pollen into beebread,
...also found that increasing amounts of NMP corresponded to increased larval mortality, even at the lowest concentration tested."

**Fluvalinate and coumaphos are commonly used by beekeepers on crops to control Varroa mites, and are found to persist within beehives for about five years.
**Chlorothalonil is a broad-spectrum agricultural fungicide that is often applied to crops in bloom when honey bees are present for pollination because it is currently deemed safe to bees.
**Chlorpyrifos is a widely used organophosphate in crop management.

Currently there are no Codex MRLs for cyantraniliprole.

Abstract

The toxicological significance of exposures to synthetic chemicals is examined in the context of exposures to naturally occurring chemicals. We calculate that 99.99% (by weight) of the pesticides in the American diet are chemicals that plants produce to defend themselves. Only 52 natural pesticides have been tested in high-dose animal cancer tests, and about half (27) are rodent carcinogens; these 27 are shown to be present in many common foods. We conclude that natural and synthetic chemicals are equally likely to be positive in animal cancer tests. We also conclude that at the low doses of most human exposures the comparative hazards of synthetic pesticide residues are insignificant.

2 DNA Additions Genetic Code & Plant/Bacteria/Fungi/Amoeba DNA CROSS

SAY HELLO TO SYNTHIA: In 2003, JCVI successfully synthesized a small virus that infects bacteria. By 2008, the JCVI team was able to synthesize a small bacterial genome. On May 6, 2010, JCVI revealed they had already created a self-replicating bacterial cell controlled by a chemically synthesized genome they named “synthetic Mycoplasma mycoides JCVI-syn1.0”.

This completely synthetic cell with its computer designed genome has absolutely no natural DNA. The ETC group from Canada named it Synthia and it contains added watermark chains to identify the genome as artificial. It also has antibiotic resistance indicators. One can only speculate why this artificial bacterium has an inherent programmed capability to resist antibiotics.

This new life form has the ability to replicate itself and organically function in any cell into which it has been introduced. Its DNA is artificial and it’s this synthetic DNA that takes control of the cell and is credited with being the building block of life. This is the first self-replicating synthetic bacterial cell thanks to its computer generated DNA. All of the funding for this came from Synthetic Genomics Inc, the company BP has a sizable equity position and alliance with. BP is definitely way beyond petroleum just as their new slogan publicizes.

Why watermark this artificial genome? Doing so makes it identifiable as the unique and patented (privately owned) asset it is. What happens if a human becomes infected with a life-threatening variant bacterial species of Synthia? If you use Penicillin to fight the infection, it won’t do any good. Antibiotic resistance is part of its DNA sequence, so any use of antibiotics would be a waste of time.

Genetic material is inherited from parents to offspring and this process is known as vertical transmission. However genetic material can be transferred form one organism to another in a non-genealogical fashion. Such type of transmission is defined as horizontal transmission or gene transfer (HGT) (1). Although mechanisms for the transfer of genetic material between organisms were known from the early years of molecular biology and genetics research, and the theoretical potential of cross-species gene transfer in evolution was proposed in the 1980s, the concept of HGT emerged in the 1990s (2). It was invoked as an alternative explanation for rarely observed incongruent phylogenetic relationships between species (2). However, the recent availability of genome sequence information and the thorough study of multiple pro- and eukaryotic genomes has revealed that HGT is pervasive and powerful among microbes (1,2,3). Additionally, more recent studies have shown that HGT is also evident between animals and bacteria, with the bacteria being the donor species (4,5). In plants, HGT has been relatively well documented, and in most cases involves the transfer of genetic material from a parasite to its host plant. Yet, HGTs with the plant species being the donor have rarely been documented.

Recently Nikolaidis et al (6) reported a rare case of HGT from plants to multiple plant parasites or free living microorganisms. Specifically, they found that members of the plant expansin gene family, which code for plant cell-wall loosening proteins and are comprised of two distinct protein domains D1 and D2, were transferred from plants to bacteria, fungi, and unicellular eukaryotes (amoebozoa).

A prime example of Total Quality Management is “community policing”.

Dr. Trojanowicz, formerly the director of the National Center for Community Policing at the University of Michigan, considered the father of Community Oriented Policing, ponders the dilemma of the current state of affairs in his paper Community Policing and the Challenge of Diversity.

He states: “The community of interest generated by crime, disorder and fear of crime becomes the goal to allow the community policing officer to enter into the geographic community.”

Let me repeat that. Trojanowicz says: Social chaos is the GOAL and that the crisis of crime and disorder is the door for the police officer (as facilitator/change agent) to enter the community."

Andres Carrasco, MD, is head of the Molecular Embryology Laboratory at University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and chief scientist at the National Council for Science and Technology (CONICET), Argentina.
The Carrasco laboratory investigates glyphosate/Roundup herbicide and birth defects
Carrasco's findings gave scientific credibility to reports of people in Argentina who claimed escalating rates of birth defects and cancers after the introduction of genetically modified soy, which is engineered to tolerate being sprayed with huge amounts of glyphosate.
In June 2011, Earth Open Source published a report by a group of international scientists, "Roundup and birth defects: Is the public being kept in the dark?" which examined the original approval documents for glyphosate and found that industry's own studies from as long ago as the 1980s-1990s (including some commissioned by Monsanto) showed that glyphosate causes birth defects in laboratory animals, specifically rabbits and rats.

Glyphosate, the active ingredient in the world's best-selling weedkiller Roundup, causes malformations in frog and chicken embryos at doses far lower than those used in agricultural spraying and well below maximum residue levels in products presently approved in the European Union. This is reported in research (1) published by a group around Professor Andrés Carrasco, director of the Laboratory of Molecular Embryology at the University of Buenos Aires Medical School and member of Argentina's National Council of Scientific and Technical Research.
Carrasco was led to research the embryonic effects of glyphosate by reports of high rates of birth defects in rural areas of Argentina where Monsanto's genetically modified "Roundup Ready" (RR) soybeans are grown in large monocultures sprayed from airplanes regularly. RR soy is engineered to tolerate Roundup, allowing farmers to spray the herbicide liberally to kill weeds while the crop is growing.
The authors concluded that the results raise "concerns about the clinical findings from human offspring in populations exposed to Roundup in agricultural fields." Carrasco added, "I suspect the toxicity classification of glyphosate is too low. In some cases this can be a powerful poison."
The maximum residue level (MRL) allowed for glyphosate in soy in the EU is 20 mg/kg. The level was increased 200-fold from 0.1 mg/kg to 20 mg/kg in 1997 after GM RR soy was commercialized in Europe. Carrasco found malformations in embryos injected with 2.03 mg/kg glyphosate. Soybeans can contain glyphosate residues of up to 17mg/kg.
In August 2010 Amnesty International reported that an organized mob violently attacked people who gathered to hear Carrasco talk about his research in the town of La Leonesa, Chaco province. Witnesses implicated local agro-industry figures in the attack.
Carrasco is also the co-author of a report, "GM Soy: Sustainable? Responsible?" released on September 16 by a group of international scientists. The report documents a bulk of evidence in scientific studies on the harmful health and environmental impacts of GM RR soy and Roundup."

WAR ON HEALTH The FDA's Cult of Tyranny

In the near future, American medical practice may change dramatically for the worse. DNA From GMOs Transferred Into Humans Who Eat Them Confirmed

In a new study published in the peer reviewed Public Library of Science (PLOS),researchers emphasize that there is sufficient evidence that meal-derived DNA fragments carry complete genes that can enter into the human circulation system through an unknown mechanism. (0) I wonder if the scientists at these biotech corporations have already identified this method? In one of the blood samples the relative concentration of plant DNA is higher than the human DNA.  The study was based on the analysis of over 1000 human samples from four independent studies. PLOS is an open access, well respected peer-reviewed scientific journal that covers primary research from disciplines within science and medicine.  It’s great to see this study published in it, confirming what many have been suspecting for years.

When it comes to genetically modified crops and foods, we really have no idea of what the long term effects will be on the public. The very first commercial sale of genetically modified foods was only twenty years ago in the year 1994. There is no possible way that our health authorities can test all possible combinations on a large enough population, over a long enough period of time to be able to say with certainty that they are harmless. Geneticist David Suzuki recently expressed his concern, saying that human beings are part of a “massive genetic experiment” over many years, as thousands of people continue to consume GMO’s, and it makes sense.

Advances in genome science over the past few years have revealed that organisms can share their genes. Prior to this, it had been thought that genes were shared only between individual members of a species through reproduction. Geneticists usually followed the inheritance of genes in what they would call a ‘vertical’ fashion, such as breeding a male and female -you follow their offspring and continue down the road from there. Today, scientists recognize that genes are shared not only among the individual members of a species, but also among members of different species.

“Our bloodstream is considered to be an environment well separated from the outside world and the digestive tract. According to the standard paradigm large macromolecules consumed with food cannot pass directly to the circulatory system. During digestion proteins and DNA are thought to be degraded into small constituents, amino acids and nucleic acids, respectively, and then absorbed by a complex active process and distributed to various parts of the body through the circulation system. Here, based on the analysis of over 1000 human samples from four independent studies, we report evidence that meal-derived DNA fragments which are large enough to carry complete genes can avoid degradation and through an unknown mechanism enter the human circulation system. In one of the blood samples the relative concentration of plant DNA is higher than the human DNA. The plant DNA concentration shows a surprisingly precise log-normal distribution in the plasma samples while non-plasma (cord blood) control sample was found to be free of plant DNA.” (0)

It’s not like a human being mates with an apple, banana or a carrot plant and exchanges genes. What biotechnology and biotech corporations like Monsanto have done, is they have allowed for the transfer of genes from one to the other without any regard for the biological limitations, or constraints. The problem with this is that it is based on very bad science. The conditions and biological ‘rules’ that apply to vertical gene transfer, at least those that we are aware of, do not necessarily apply to horizontal gene transfer. Biotech science today is based on the assumption that the principles governing the inheritance of genes are the same when we move genes horizontally as they are when they are moved vertically. It just goes to show that GMO’s should be subjected to much more experimentation and rigorous research before we continue to consume them.

How can our governing health authorities approve these as safe? It’s almost as if they told us they were safe, and we just believed them without questioning it. We seem to be a very gullible race, but things are changing and more are starting to question the world around them.

There is no way to predict how it’s going to behave and what the outcome will be. We think that we design these life forms, but it’s like taking the Toronto orchestra prepared to play a Beethoven symphony and then you take some random drummers from “here” and flip them in with the Toronto symphony  and you say play music. What comes out is going to be something very very different. Publicists say that there is good intention behind GMOs, but the fact of the matter is it’s driven by money.” – David Suzuki

GMO Wheat Silences DNA in Humans, Children Will Die Before Age 5

Recently, Australian researchers claimed to have developed a form of salt-tolerant wheat that would allow farmers to grow crops in soil with high salinity.

Heinemann discovered that the molecules developed in this wheat, intended to silence wheat genes, can match human genes. With consumption, these molecules can enter the human body and potentially silence our genes, he explained. “The findings are absolutely assured. There is no doubt that these matches exist.”

Flinders University Professor Judy Carman and Safe Food Foundation (SFF) Director Scott Kinnear accepted Heinemann’s analysis.

Just last year, scientists from Rothamsted Research, based in Hertfordshire, used biotechnological tools to genetically engineer a wheat plant that produced high levels of an aphid repelling odour.

That strain of wheat would not require treatment with insecticide because it would repel colonisation by the aphid pests and also attract natural predators. Critics charged that there are natural symbioses that take place between aphids and crops which are essential to their survival and the initiative to repel colonisation is another direct attack on much larger ecosystems.

“These scientists are very short-sighted and they aren’t looking at the whole picture and consequences of introducing GM wheat. There are many bacterial symbioses that take place between aphids and other microorganisms that will affect their entire ecosystem should an intolerant species be introduced into the food chain,” said microbiologist Joseph Sagarese.

“If this silences the same gene in us that it silences in the wheat — well, children who are born with this enzyme not working tend to die by the age of about five,” stated Professor Carman.

Glyphosate (Roundup) Linked To Cancer of the Lymph Tissue In New Study

A new review on the relationship between pesticide exposure and the risk of blood cancers in the lymph glands (lymphomas) has confirmed the existence of a link with the world's most popularherbicide glyphosate (aka Roundup).

Published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health and titled, "Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma and Occupational Exposure to Agricultural Pesticide Chemical Groups and Active Ingredients: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis," the paper focused on systematic reviews and a series of meta-analysis of almost 30 years worth of epidemiological research on the relationship between non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) and occupational exposure to 80 agricultural pesticide active ingredients and 21 chemical groups.  The review focused on 44 papers, all of which reported results from studies performed in high-income countries. 

The study opened with mention of the "striking increase" observed in the incidence of non-Hodykin's type lymphomas in the last 30 years. Because farmers tend to have low overall mortality but high rates of some cancers, it is believed that agrochemical exposure may help to explain this contradiction.

In addition to showing there is consistent evidence that pesticide exposures in occupational agricultural settings are important determinants of NHL, the study found that glyphosate exposure, in particular, was positively associated with a common subtype of NHL, namely, B cell lymphoma.

Glyphosate-Linked Lymphoma Only the Tip of the Toxicity Iceberg

This finding, while significant, is highly unsurprisingly given the accumulating data now extant showing that glyphosate and many of its so-called 'inactive' ingredients including in herbicidal formulations such as Roundup are carcinogenic, perhaps even in infinitesimal (parts per trillion range) concentrations.

Herbicide Use - Dioxin Impurities in 2,4-D

• USDA and EPA should conduct an assessment of the greatly increased exposure to dioxins that would be triggered by Enlist™ soybeans and corn in light of EPA’s ongoing review of dioxin toxicity, both cancer and non-cancer risks.

• Include analysis for the health impacts from dioxin contamination in 2,4-D. Impacts to human reproduction and to workers from exposure to dioxin (especially 2,3,7,8-TCDD) have not fully been considered and analyzed and request that these impacts be analyzed.

• Assess potential short- and long-term impacts on animals from the dioxin impurities, as well as 2,4-D.

• Evaluate potential effects of the dioxin impurities on treated pollen from DAS-40278-9 corn on honeybees and other animal populations that are in contact with/collect pollen.

• Need cumulative effects on human health and environment from dioxin and potential effects on surface water quality and non-target plants and animals (including endangered species).

• Assess the increased dioxin emissions and exposure associated with incineration of unrinsed 2,4-D containers that would result from the vastly increased use of 2,4-D with Enlist™ soybeans and corn.

• USDA should conduct or commission independent dioxin testing of 2,4-D formulations.

1. Weeds are becoming increasingly resistant to glyphosate-based herbicides and are posing a problem for farmers. If finalized, this action will provide an additional tool to reduce the spread of glyphosate resistant weeds. The EPA is proposing to require a stewardship plan including robust education, monitoring, and a remediation program to ensure that use of Enlist Duo successfully manages weed resistance problems.
2. Glyphosate is already registered for these uses and did not undergo further review as part of the assessment for this pesticide product. However, glyphosate currently is in the registration review process and an endangered species analysis will be part of that process.



3. Why is EPA taking this action?
   The Agency received applications from Dow AgroSciences requesting the use of a new, lower volatility formulation of the choline salt of 2,4-D and glyphosate on genetically engineered (GE) corn and soybeans. Concurrent with the EPA regulatory process, the U.S. Department of Agriculture received applications from Dow AgroSciences to introduce into the U.S. market, GE corn and soybeans to tolerate exposure to 2,4 D. These GE corn and soybean plants are the first developed to be resistant to 2,4-D and are intended to provide farmers with new plants to help address the problem of weeds that have developed resistance to other herbicides.
   Weeds are becoming increasingly resistant to glyphosate-based herbicides and are posing a problem for farmers. If finalized, this action will provide an additional tool to reduce the spread of glyphosate resistant weeds. The EPA is proposing to require a stewardship plan including robust education, monitoring, and a remediation program to ensure that use of Enlist Duo successfully manages weed resistance problems..

Public comments on the EPA’s proposed regulatory decision must be submitted by May 30, 2014, to EPA docket EPA-HQ-OPP-2014-0195 at www.regulations.gov. After the comment period closes, EPA will review all of the comments and reach a final decision, which the Agency expects to issue in late summer or early fall.

A CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER OF REPORTS AND SCIENTIFIC STUDIES
Which Reveals Our Government's Deliberate Malfeasance and Deception
However, let's look at the actual history in the attached Chronological Order of Reports and Scientific Studies:
A.1 969 - Page 3, right column, paragraph 3 states, ". . .
NAS Research Council Committee received a"confidential" report prepared by the Bionetrics Research Council Committee "BRC" that 2,4,5-T(which contains TCDD)showed a significant potential to increase birth defects."

Contrary to Mr.Noller's statement, this NAS sponsored report was ignored - not relied upon.
B.1970 - Page 4, right column, paragraph 3. - Use of 2,4,5 - T (which contains TCDD, or 2,3,4,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-para-dioxin) was a"teratogen" (causing developmental malformations &monstrosities - birth defects).Dow also confirms the BRC/NAS report, when dioxin was disbursed in quantities exceeding production specifications,birth defects did occur.
Again, the VA ignored these findings that supported the conclusions of the NAS in 1969. 

C. 1974 - Page 5, right column, paragraph 1 - NAS expressed concern over TCDD because of(1) it's very high toxicity to animals, (2) it's presence in Agent Orange, (3) preliminary reports of presence
of TCDD in fish in Vietnam, and (4) the lack of any data permitting assessment of TCDD effects on humans.
The NAS recommendation that long-term studies be made did not start until 18 years later and birth defects were not included in the studies. 

D. 1980 - Page 6, right column, paragraph 2. - An anonymous memorandum sent to Senator Daschle On VA stationary which stated; ". . . Agent Orange and Agent Blue, are mutagenic and teratogenic.This means they intercept the genetic DNA message processed on an unborn fetus, thereby resulting in deformed children being born. Therefore the veteran would appear to have no ill effects from exposure but he would produce deformed children due to the breakage in his genetic chain . . ."

E. 2010 - Page 13, right column, paragraph 3. - IOM Veterans and Agent Orange: Update. IOM stated
"Work needs to be undertaken to resolve questions regarding several health outcomes, most importantly COPD, tonsil cancer, melanoma, brain cancer, Alzheimer's disease , and paternally transmitted effects to offspring."
As late as 2010 the VA has continued to ignore the IOM's recommendations regarding birth defects. Clearly, birth defects had not been researched by the IOM or NAS.

The Unites States Govt and Monsanto have been in partnership for over half a century. This dateline is a result of the genocide they have caused. It's well past time to put an end to the madness.

One new research project that hopes to change that. Scientists from ETH Zurich have created tiny magnetic DNA particles that can be encapsulated in silica, and mixed in with the oil. The DNA can store tons of information such as the oil's source and quality. They particles are small and cheap to produce, with a cost of about $.02 per bottle, according to R&D Magazine. Since they contain small pieces of iron oxide, they can be easily separated from the oil with a magnet, and then "read" rather easily via a process called PCR. As R&D Magazine noted, the method also "made it possible to detect adulteration: if the concentration of nano-particles does not match the original value, other oil—presumably substandard—must have been added."

While the idea of DNA in your olive might not sound appealing, the particles are supposedly safe to eat, and the silica coating prevents the DNA from being absorbed into the body. Silica and iron oxide additives are already present in foods like ketchup and orange juice. In one trial, the researchers heated and cooled the oil, and the particles and DNA remained intact.

RoundUp Damages Enzyme Pathways Arrests Bodies Ability to DETOX

The Denmark study also found that glyphosate inhibits an enzyme called cytochrome P450 in humans which helps the body detoxify harmful chemicals. This means that the very toxic brew that causes chemical overload in the body also causes the body to be congested with more chemicals – whether they are glyphosate or aluminum, lead, arsenic, or any other toxic substance in the body.

This is yet another study showing the uncanny level of harm that glyphosate can assert on the mammalian system.
...The killer of weeds, RoundUp causes absolute havoc on the enzymes in the body. The chemical brew meant to boost GMO crop production is exceedingly dangerous to animals in some of their most sensitive life stages.

Glyphosate has been linked to several other health problems, as well, but in this particular study, scientists found that specific enzyme pathways necessary for proper functioning were inhibited. In this case, the enzymes in the gut which allow the body to detoxify itself were adversely affected. While the study looked at the guts of animals dining on GMO, glyphosate-ridden soy, the results can be translated to the human form just as easily.

Why it is still allowed in this, on any other country, is crazy.

Study showed that the people who experienced a large drop in pesticide levels when consuming organic foods as opposed to conventional foods suggests most of these pesticides come from food consumption.

"Eating an organic diet for a week can cause pesticide levels to drop by almost 90% in adults, research from RMIT University has found.

The study, led by Dr Liza Oates found particpants' urinary dialkylphosphates (DAPs) measurements were 89% lower when they ate an organic diet for seven days compared to a conventional diet for the same amount of time. DAPs make up 70% to 80% of organophosphate pesticides.

Dr Oates said having the same people experience a large drop in organophosphate pesticide levels when consuming organic foods as opposed to conventional foods suggested most of these pesticides come from food consumption. However, she recognised it could come from other sources.

“The people in the organic phase (of the study) still did have some exposure, so there are obviously some alternate routes of exposure,” she said.

This idea was supported by University of Adelaide toxicologist Dr Ian Musgrave.

“We’re exposed to pesticide residues in a number of ways,” he said."
